"Boys and girls will be around...what more could one want at this age?" Middle-class Gaur and his son Joy live in Kolkata.

Gaur's wife passed away when son Joy was five years old. Joy is a wedding planner, very busy .The father cooks twice a day, makes tiffin to his son, manages everything in the house.
He has only one dream at this age. He will marry his son and bring his wife home. But who can afford to marry his son?

First of all, it needs to be said that this film is dedicated to Tarun Majumdar. So the film is full of drama, counter-drama.
It doesn't look bad. Earlier, Dev-Atanur's duo 'Tonic' was a super hit. This time also this pair walked that way.
A very middle-class family story, its ups and downs, and the climax at the end. Like 'Tonic', Dev is very middle-class in this film.
None of his superstar-like entries, Dev's famous runs or dances in slow-motion. His only asset is acting. Dev is very mature there.
His accent has become much more sophisticated. His performance in the role of Jai is convincing enough. beautiful too.

But the film is being promoted as a film of Dev-Mithun in the role of father and son, but in fact the film is of Mithun-Mamata Shankar.

And their friendship. The friendship that shines in the life of Joy-Mala. Mamata Shankar is the Kusum of the film.
After 47 years of Mrinal Sen's 'Mrigaya', Mithun-Mamata acted together again. Their scenes as two friends are amazing.
But if we have to say who the film is, it must be Mithun Chakraborty's. What kind of actor he is, Mithun has made it clear.
It's amazing to see how he has changed his posture in an instant.
After all these years, Mithun's performance in a Bengali film undoubtedly owes a lot to the audience.
As an actor, Mamata Shankar is also unmatched.other actors.These two actors or better said Mithun have just accompanied.And well done. Be it Devi, or Ishita (Mala) or Kaninika (Gaura's daughter).
Kaushani Mukherjee is also good in a small role. There is another special triangle in the picture.
The trio of Mithun-Kharaj Mukhopadhyay-Ambarish Bhattacharya also. All three are great actors.
Their friendly conversation can be called the life of the film.
But it would have been better if there was not so much melodrama towards the end.
Although many were seen wiping their eyes. That means the film is successful.
There is a 'feel good' thing in the film. It is expected that the film will continue in that cut.
The musicians of the film (Anupam Roy-Surjit Chatterjee- Rathjith) is good. It is good to listen to the song of the film.

Cinematographer Gopi Bhagat has done a great job as in other films. His scenes shot in Benares are very beautiful.
